The Otto HR Group, Ltd.

Human resources and organization development services

Our most important function is developing your employees at all levels to be the best that they can be and identify strengths they didn’t know they had. We have worked with businesses, non-profit organizations, and professional groups to add value. Since forming The Otto HR Group, Ltd. several years ago, we successfully delivered interactive Communications and Teambuilding programs customized to client needs. How did we succeed?
  • Sometimes, interventions were the only way to solve an issue, and we provided that service.
  • Presentations on Difficult Conversations, Conflict Resolution, Diversity, and Change assisted organizational members during difficult transitions.
  • Some clients needed an objective third party to evaluate the internal climate of their organization and recommend changes to enhance operations and development.
  • Other clients benefited from meeting facilitations with members concerning strategic and short-term planning or other issues needing resolution.
  • Management groups participated in 360-degree multi-rater feedback processes to identify their current strengths and challenges, both as individuals and as a team.
  • We provided guidance on restructuring and coaching to individuals who took on new roles as a result of the process.
